この地は「ニングルテラス」と呼ばれる。
「ニングル」の名前の由来は, アイヌに伝わる北海道の森に住む妖精から名づけられた。

その森の一角にひっそりと「ふくろうの家」も佇んでいる。
地元北海道をはじめ, 各地で一つ一つ丁寧に制作された
オリジナルのふくろうたちが,まるで息をしているかのように,店内でひしめき合っている。
耳をそばだててみると, なんだかふくろうたちの会話が今にも聞こえてきそうだ ...

四季によって森の景色がすっかり様変わりするから, 自然は面白い。

In the forests of Furano, fifteen connected log cabins stand in a row.
This place is called Ningle Terrace. The name “Ningle” comes from the tiny forest spirits of Hokkaido folklore, passed down by the Ainu people.
Quietly nestled in one corner of the forest is the "House of Owls".
Inside, original owls—carefully crafted one by one by artisans from Hokkaido and across Japan—fill the shop as if they were alive and breathing.
If you listen closely, you may even hear them whispering to one another.
Spring, summer, autumn, and winter — the forest changes its appearance completely with each season, which is what makes nature so intriguing.
